A GLOBAL INVESTMENT BANK

  • Completed a Red Team penetration test on a global investment bank’s shared services operations. Focused on assessing potential leakage of confidential information on social media and conducted open-source intelligence on key executives. Delivered final report of our findings to our security client along with key recommendations on security hardening. 

AN ASIAN BANK

  • Created a comprehensive four-day, compliance training program for a major Asian bank. Target participants included the bank’s Board of Directors, Audit, Compliance, and Risk Management leadership, as well as division heads across all the bank’s functions. 

AN IOT ENGINEERING COMPANY

  • Led collaboration, communication, and reporting for an IoT technology company in response to requests from foreign regulatory agencies and consumer organizations on the safety and security of its hardware, wireless technology, and mobile software applications. Drafted and delivered final responses to regulators and consumer organizations. 

A SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY

  • Collaborated with US law enforcement on an external investigation initiated by a user message on a technology client’s mobile application that she was being held against her will by another user. Provided detailed reporting (including geolocation data) and continuous communication to law enforcement, leading to a welfare check on the user and confirmation of her safety and well-being.

A CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT

  • Collaborated with external counsel in response to class action litigation against a client relating to user data privacy. Led collection of digital evidence as well as implementation of policies and procedures to safeguard, manage, and delete user information in accordance with compliance regulations and international best practices. 

A TECHNOLOGY COMPANY

  • Reengineered a technology company’s access management policies and procedures relating to termination of access for employees who resigned or separated from the company, along with data backup and recovery options. This was in direct response to a systems breach from a disgruntled employee who manipulated and deleted data following his resignation. 

A MULTINATIONAL COMPANY

  • Led a regional, dual-phased digital transformation project for a multinational client from a legacy marketing technology system to a Citrix-based platform. Supervised implementation of IT and back-office teams on user experience design, data migration, and rollout to APAC offices. Achieved 100% adoption rate and ensured seamless transition within 18-month period. 

A SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY

  • Transformed organizational structure to a customer-centric model and launched a unified platform for customer intelligence. Directed IT and Marketing teams to aggregate data across website, CRM, sales channels, social media, and customer service into a dashboard for executive decision-making. Delivered digital transformation project, on-schedule, on-budget, with 100% adoption rate.
